Platform fees are 10% all inclusive (transaction fees, listing fees, payment processor fees, vendor support, etc.) per sale. Our platform is built from scratch and not on top of Shopify / WordPress.

Salaaz is open to all but it is more geared towards consumers interested in ethical, local, and natural products. Relevant product metrics will be provided to you through the vendor portal. Other features include: growth via built-in SEO on all major search engines, social media marketing initiatives, and campaigns for products with higher ethical scores.

Vendors will get analytics on all seasonal sales for your own products. You can choose curated marketing campaigns based on your store's trends.

You can continue to sell through your existing channel, Salaaz provides you with an extra point of sale for your product, showcasing your product's unique benefits in an all-inclusive shop management platform.

Integrated shipping with Stallion is available, with more options to be added soon. You can also use your own custom options. The payout cycle is currently monthly, with a 30-day hold period after transactions to account for disputes, refunds, and chargebacks. As your account tenure and account health improve, the hold period shortens and you can opt into biweekly or weekly payouts.

Note: Actual transfer takes additional 3-5 business days to reach your bank account.

Salaaz runs a three-stage vetting process (business identity, production methods, and the specific claims you make about materials or labor) before you can list. It typically takes 2 to 6 weeks. Some applications take longer, and some do not pass..
