What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to all countries within North America, with additional regions on the way.
What shipping methods are available?
Currently, our vendors ship their products to their customers on receiving an order. Since we operate in North America, you can expect your item to be shipped through most major international shipping services, such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.
When will I receive my package?
It depends on the amount of time it takes for the vendor to complete your order, and what service they use to ship it. At minimum, you can expect at least three days, and, at most, you can expect 10 days.
And if I still haven't received my order?
If you still haven't received your order, and the vendor is unresponsive, please reach out to us by clicking on the link at the bottom of the page, "Contact us."

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept most major credit cards, such as those from Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.

How do I place an order?
Once you've added your items to your cart, proceed to checkout. After you've purchased your items, you'll receive a message from your vendor. We recommend creating a Salaaz customer account to receive timely updates regarding your orders.
How can I cancel or change my order?
To cancel or change your order, reach out to your vendor as soon as possible. Orders may not be modifiable once are shipped.
Do I need an account to place an order?
We do not require that you make an account with us to place an order; however, an account does provide a convenient place to view your cart and track your orders.
How do I track my order?
If tracking information is available, the vendor will provide it to you.
How can I return a product?
If you'd like to return a product, reach out to the vendor that sold you the product.
