As an Ethical Standards Manager at Salaaz Marketplace, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our commitment to transparency and ethical sourcing. You will be responsible for researching the transparency and ethical considerations provided by each vendor and their products, approving or rejecting vendors based on their business ethics, and ensuring that all listed products meet our stringent transparency standards. Additionally, you will lead internal ethics audits, work closely with cross-functional teams to develop automation processes to streamline approval processes, and provide insights on establishing Salaaz’s ethical guidelines. Your work will empower consumers to make informed purchasing decisions and contribute to Salaaz’s mission of transforming the shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
